Usually, we recommend starting with 1 to 3 minutes, especially if you're new to it. As we become more accustomed, we can gradually increase that time, but we suggest not exceeding 10 minutes to guarantee a safe and invigorating experience.
The benefits are numerous! We've found that regular Cold Plunge sessions can help reduce muscle soreness, improve mood, increase energy levels, and support overall recovery. Many of our clients feel rejuvenated after a session!
